Behind Rcruit is Angelique Klimis - a recruitment specialist with a background in Law and Psychology and a career shaped by leadership across the health and wellness space.
Before founding Rcruit, Angelique built and managed high-performing teams within the health and wellness sector, giving her firsthand insight into what drives people, culture, and business performance.
For the past three years, she has specialised in Medical and Aesthetics recruitment, partnering with leading clinics and global organisations to connect exceptional professionals with environments where they can truly thrive.
